Benji was found as a stray with a burst abscess by his eye and a sore eye. His foster carer has done a fabulous job getting him better and they have now cleared up with antibiotics.

The original plan was to release him once better, but his foster carer says he is extremely friendly and will make someone a very loving and friendly cat. He doesn’t deserve a life on the streets as a stray.

His favourite position is sprawled out snoozing and cuddling up. He’s been nicknamed “Chirpy” by his fosterer because when he’s chatting to you he doesn’t meow, he makes cheeping sounds like a little bird.

We aren’t certain on age but he’s not an old cat. He uses his litter tray and is a very clean cat with a lovely gentle purr.

He is fiv/felv negative.
