We got a call from one of our regular supporters—her mum had found a stray cat in her garden, covered in blood and unable to put his leg down. 

Cafo rushed straight out to collect him, and it was clear he’d been in a fight—he had a punctured ear and a nasty bite on his foot, likely from another unneutered tom. We got him to the vet ASAP, where he was treated, neutered, flead, wormed, and chipped. 

Despite everything he’s been through, this boy is SO loving. He deserves a forever home where he’ll be safe and cherished. 

Sadly, because his previous owners failed him and didn’t get him neutered, he’s now FIV+. But please don’t let this put you off—FIV+ cats can live long, happy lives! It just means his immune system is weaker, so he may take a little longer to recover from illness. His paw has already healed well, which is great news.

He needs to be an indoor-only cat and the only cat in the home. If you’ve ever thought about adopting a cat who truly deserves a second chance, he could be the one!
