EGGNOG
Eggnog was found on a bitterly cold and frosty night at St. Catherine’s Care Home in Nantwich, shivering and crying beneath a car. The compassionate staff at the care home didn’t hesitate to take her in, offering warmth and safety while they tried to locate her owner. They shared her story on Facebook, trying to find her owner but sadly, her previous owner was unable to continue caring for her and decided that finding Eggnog a new home was the best decision.
The incredible staff at St. Catherine’s went above and beyond for Eggnog. When they weren’t on shift, they took her into their own homes and treated her as one of their own. Realizing Eggnog couldn’t spend another night in the care home, they reached out to us for help, and we were more than happy to step in and collect her. We can’t thank the care home team enough for their kindness and dedication to this little cat.
Eggnog is an adorable 5-to-6-month-old kitten with a playful, cuddly personality. She’s very people-oriented and loves nothing more than being around humans. While she’s currently a bit on the lean side, we’re feeding her up, and she’s already making great progress. Eggnog came to us with some unwelcome “flea friends,” but we’ve taken care of that, and she’s now much more comfortable.
This Wednesday, Eggnog will be visiting the vet for a full health check and spay – all our cats/kittens will be vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, flea’d and wormed, chipped, and come with 5 weeks free insurance.
